At BMX Bike Shop, we’re riders just like you. We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t work out, and we’ve got your back. Our returns policy is designed to be as straightforward as our approach to BMX – no tricks, just solid service.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. We move fast in BMX, and we process returns just as quickly.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required (order number)
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product range, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Ankle Pads & Guards (worn for protection)
- Body Armour (safety equipment)
- Barends (installation marks)
- Chains (installation and stretching)
- Bottom Brackets (installation marks)
- Any custom or special order items
Return Process – 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, pack your items securely in the original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Ship & Track
Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location. Keep your tracking number safe – you’ll need it to monitor your return.
Refund Information
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days to reflect in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement – no questions asked.
