We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions). Here’s how we get your gear to you:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery: 10-15 days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available on orders over $50
- Delivery: 15-25 days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We stand by our products, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Ankle Pads & Guards (worn for protection)
- Body Armour (safety equipment)
- Barends (installation marks)
- Chains (installation and stretching)
- Bottom Brackets (installation marks)
- Any custom or special order items
Return Process – 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, pack your items securely in the original packaging with all tags and accessories. We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Ship & Track
Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location. Keep your tracking number safe to monitor your return.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days to reflect in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement—no questions asked.
